Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Tokens
• BRIKx tokens are prepaid utility credits, not securities or ownership instruments.
• Each token entitles the holder to redeem 1 night stay at Vanyara Resort (subject to booking rules).
• As utility vouchers, tokens are generally non-refundable except as provided below.
2. Cooling-Off Period
• Buyers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
• Refund is eligible only if the tokens are unused, unstaked, and not transferred.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
• After the 7-day cooling-off period, tokens are strictly non-refundable.
• Tokens that have been redeemed for stays, staked, or resold cannot be refunded.
• Off-platform transfers or unauthorized sales render tokens ineligible for refunds.
4. Token Resale Option
• Instead of requesting a refund, holders may resell tokens on the official BRIKx marketplace.
• Resale is subject to applicable platform fees (5%) and buyer KYC verification.
5. Resort Booking Cancellations
• Token redemptions for resort bookings are subject to the resort’s booking and cancellation rules.
• In case of cancellation by the resort (e.g., force majeure), tokens will be re-credited to the holder's account.
6. Force Majeure
• In the event of delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, token validity may be extended or accepted at partner resorts.
• No cash refunds will be provided under such circumstances.
7. Dispute Resolution
• All refund and cancellation disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Indian law.
• Arbitration will be conducted in Lucknow, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
